Performance

We're going to a new performance criteria at work.  On many levels it makes sense.  Some will like it and benefit, some won't.  Meets Expectations or a grade of 3 is standard.  We're told that the vast majority will be a 3.  

But like many things that are new, it is also a ripe target for ridicule (quietly).  Saw this Dilbert and it resonates pretty true.
